    REQUIRED SKILLS :

    1. Experience in implementing one or more of ASPICE, CMMI and/or ISO 9001 process standards.
    2. Worked as Process / QA coordinator for projects

    ADDED ADVANTAGE :

    1. Experience in embedded/automotive/avionics domains
    2. Agile methods

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

    1. Understanding of organizational quality management system.
    2. Coaching project teams on process requirements specific to projects.
    3. Assisting PM in creating and maintaining project plans and project-specific templates aligning with organizational QA processes.
    4. Monitoring process adherence by projects throughout the project life cycle from kickoff till closure and reporting deviations.
    5. Review of project artifacts and releases to customers.
    6. Collecting process and product data periodically and end of the project.
    7. Updating of process artifacts as part of process improvement.
