    REQUIRED SKILLS :

    • Progressive financial leadership experience, including international exposure.

    • Experience in managing finance across geographies.

    • Strong knowledge of Indian and international financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

    • Proven track record in strategic financial planning, cash flow management, and leading cross-border teams.

    • Experience in ERP systems, ZOHO is preferred.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    ACCA, CPA, CFA, and CIMA

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

    Strategic Financial Leadership

    • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s growth and international expansion.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to the management based on financial analysis and projections.
    • Act as a business partner to the management to drive long-term profitability.

    Financial Planning & Analysis

    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across global operations.

    • Oversee consolidated financial reporting across all regions in compliance with local and international standards.

    • Identify and analyze financial trends, KPIs, and opportunities for cost optimization.

    Compliance & Risk Management

    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting, and financial legislation in India and other geographies.

    • Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and legal advisors in multiple jurisdictions.

    • Monitor and mitigate financial risks across entities and currencies.

    Treasury & Cash Flow Management

    • Manage cash flow and liquidity across all operations.

    • Oversee banking relationships, funding strategies, and investment management.

    • Optimize working capital and oversee intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.

    Team Management & Development

    • Lead and mentor finance teams across locations to foster a high-performance culture.

    • Build scalable finance systems and internal controls to support operational efficiency.

    • Oversee ERP or financial software systems implementation/improvement across global offices.
