    REQUIRED SKILLS :

    1. Proven knowledge of effective sales and marketing strategies and best practices
    2. Understanding of Automotive / Electronics/Embedded / Hi-Tech Systems/ Platforms
    3. International automotive clients exposure
    4. Good understanding of product life cycle & business / services business
    5. Understanding of markets / overall Business
    6. Excellent leadership skills
    7. Strong interpersonal / customer relation, and communication skills.
    8. Ability to train, coach and mentor the team

    ADDED ADVANTAGE :

    1. Proficient in handling global customers;
    2. Conducting marketing research and statistical analysis; creating go to market strategies.
    3. Good Understanding of relevant International and National business requirements and taxations
    4. Multitasker and ability to handle multiple clients from multiple geographies

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

    1. Manage Sales team for varied geographies
    2. Meeting the revenue targets
    3. Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and monitor the same for execution.
    4. Identifying and networking with the potential customers and get the leads as per organization’s business requirements
    5. Coordinate and lead all regular meetings with the customers
    6. Conceptual thinking to propose / discuss client solutions
    7. Be aware of the market/business trends and propose plan to the management to grow in the market
    8. Lead and motivate team members
    9. Assisting marketing team in forming marketing strategies
    10. Building brand awareness and positioning
